INSANE ILLEGALIZATION OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT

Back in February, I was one of 175 concerned friends of Bernie Ellis to write to President Obama a letter supporting Bernie's request for a pardon of his "crime" of growing about 100 cannabis plants for his own use and to treat four terminally ill neighbors. He is presently free after serving a sentence of two years in a halfway house, but despite being one of the top epidemiologists in the the state of Tennessee, he can no no longer work in this field due to his felony conviction. Consequently, he has lost over $1 million in lost income, legal fees, and the confiscation of part of his farm ...while those in need of an epidemiologist are denied the services of one of the best. Enough said!
